Awesome Album. Great collection of songs.

Extreamly good, i love the entire CD, HIM yet again toped themselfs. I never thought they would have been able to top Razorblade Romance, but they did. Everyone of the songs are great, i especialy like Beyond Redemption, and Soul On Fire. Seriously, HIM rocks and is quite possibly the best band out there, their rock and heavy metal riffs, combinded with love song lyrics, makes them one of the most unique bands ever. You guys rock and the CD is great.

Love Metal kicks ass! The whole album is out of this world!!! All of the songs are well thought out - combining both amazing lyrics and awsome heavy metal nd rock throught!!! You're the best band around at the moment :) I love u guys. Keep it up.

The new album "Love Metal" is fantastic, the same high class as "Razorblade Romance".
Even if I do like the older songs better, the ten songs on Love Metal is of class A.

I can't say that one of their albums is the best, because i think that all of them are special. Each of them has its "deep shadows" and its "brilliant highlights". I think HIM's lyrics are the greatest lyrics of all times.
Finally , we have a new album to listen to. Hopefully "Funeral of hearts' will not be the last clip they'll make 4 this album.

HIM is a great band, i never heard the music combined with unique dark sounds, i really like the sounds very much and also the voice, do come to indonesia.

It's a very good album. Unfortunately can't say it's the best one they have done though. There isn't a bad song at all, but albums no songs that really seem to stand in my opinion, as a classic, none forgetable song. Well...apart from 'Buried alive by love', which has to be one of the best songs they have done. Just looking back at previous songs like 'beatiful', 'For you' and 'Bury me deep inside', some of these songs seem a little disapointing, only by comparison to older one's. However. I love everything they have done, not a bad song to date. All these songs are well put together and there isn't on note out of place. Congrats Him, again, for producing a great record. Can't wait untill the next...

Btw, only personal opinion, I seem to be one of few who had anything in the slighest bad to say about it :S Sorry! Each to his/her own

At first I heard 'Buried Alive By Love' I thought "what the hell...", by then I listened it again and I loved it. It really ROCKS. 'Love Metal' is a great album but still I think 'Razorblade Romance' is their best album. Although the new album has 'Funeral of Hearts', 'The Sacrament' (I LOVE THE WAY IT BEGINS!), 'Buried Alive By Love' and 'The Path' (I LOVE THE LYRICS!), there's no such songs like 'Poison Girl' (THIS ROCKS!), 'Gone With The Sin' (I LOVE THE LYRICS!), 'Resurrection' (I LOVE THE CHORUS!) and 'One Last Time' (GREAT!). I thought they couldn't do so great album again, but they did. HIM is my leader on the path of darkness.

I got the CD from Hot Topic here in Lawrenceville, Georgia and it is my favorite CD ever. It may only have 10 songs on it but most CD's have over that and you can only listen to 3 or 4 tracks if your lucky but not LM, I listen to the whole CD through, because they are all great songs.

HIM is great, as is this album. Ville Valo's voice is lyrical and emotional (and what a range he has), and both the music and the lyrics are amazing and unique. I love the combination of metal music and lyrical, beautiful songs. And need I say - Ville is a god. Plus, he is messy, and I like that in a person.

HIM has maintained their unique dark touch in their new album: Love Metal. Love metal is actually a sub genre of metal/rock goth defined by it's enchanting melody and death filled lyrics, and Ville Valo has definitely put his stamp in the industry.

With the replacement of the Gas and Burton in 1999, the music as really taken another turn. The drum parts remain subtle while the organ effect of the keyboard takes on a more central role to create a more gothic "hymn" effect.

My personal favorites are "Buried Alive by Love", "Soul On Fire" and "Fortress of Tears".

Hey, this Album is at the top of my Fav. list and is always playing in my Stereo. My five disc changer is always filled with HIM's albums. I can't get anoug, but Love Metal is the ebst so far, I bekleive that this Album will definantly get HIM a record deal in the US , with the album topping the charts in the UK, tha States have to take them now!!

I love HIM and Ville Valo. The music is so great and I can't imagen anything better to listen to than Ville's voice. Love Metal is a great album, as all of them. I wish I could meet Ville some day. It would be the happiest day in my life ;)

Love Metal dissapointed me, and i hate the new mainstream view of HIM. fake t-shirts and annoying little girls ruin this band. sorry to say that. HIM have got up themselves and shitty. i love them to bits tho... :S

Soul on fire will always be the best HIM song-I saw them a few weeks ago at the carling apollo in manchester and was amazing. They closed with 'soul on fire' and it was awesome...burton is fitttt! And ville is close behind him. HIM ROCK SWEET ASS.

i love all of their albums and i think HIM is a very good band. they should have their older albums more avalible in the USA though. Ville Valo's voice is so awesome and even thought most of their fans are annoying girls, and only like HIM because of looks, their music is what makes them.

HIM is the best band that i have ever heard of.I saw HIM in concert in october at the rave in millwaukee and it was the best concert that i have ever been to.I will never forget it. Ville Valo has inspired me to write poetry and i have become very good at it.I love Ville Valo!!

First of all there is no connection between Bam and HIM... apart from the fact that they are friends and Bam directed a few Videos, thats all! The Heartagram Stands for good and bad, the Heart being goog because of love and the triangle being taken from the Pentagram being the bad side, Ville created it himself. And Bam, along with many other people, fell in love with the symbol because it is an attractive symbol.
I also read somewhere, that is connected to this board that HIM doesnat stand for His Infernal Majesty?! Well it does otherwise why would HIM themselves refer to it as His Infernal Majesty?? Which means Satan. And these people on here are not stoopid!! You are... And you call yourself a HIM fan... *tut tut* Anyway, HIM are the bestest FULL STOP!!!! Thank you sweethearts...
